Most Real Estate Agents Don't Have a Sales Problem
They have a money-management problem.
You can close plenty of transactions, earn big commission checks, and still have very little left at the end of the year.
That’s why I believe every agent should apply the principles from Mike Michalowicz’s book, Profit First.
The idea is simple:
Sales – Profit = Expenses
Instead of waiting to see if any profit remains after paying your bills, you take your profit first. Then you run your business with what is left.
It forces you to control expenses, plan for taxes, pay yourself properly, and build real wealth.
This is so important that the final module of The Listing Collective shows members how to apply these principles to their real estate businesses.
If you’re a member and have already completed the module, listen to it again. This is not a one-time lesson.
Income changes. Expenses grow. And bad money habits have a sneaky way of coming back.
Making money is only half the game.
Keeping it is what changes your life.
