One of the best things I’ve done for my business and my life is build my own advisory board.

These are people I know, like, and trust enough to tell me the truth—even when it’s hard to hear.

I have people I turn to for business, investments, health, and spiritual guidance.

Each one helps me see what I might miss on my own.

I coach agents on building a stronger listing business. But no one coach can guide every part of your life.

So here’s a question for you: Who do you turn to when you need an honest answer?

You don’t need a formal board.

Start with one area of your life where you could use help.

Find someone whose judgment you trust, ask good questions, and really listen.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
